The day will be completed with a sit down lunch, enjoying the many dishes that were prepared and pairing them with a selection of wines offered by our sommelier team.

June Wine Maker Dinner - Wines of the Pacific Northwest
Tuesday, June 29
Join us as we explore the wines of Oregon and Washington State, showcasing some of our favorite producers, including Oregon’s Domaine Serene and Willakenzie Estate. From Washington, we will feature both white and red Bordelais varietals from Andrew Will and DeLille Cellars in the Columbia Valley, and a stunning Rhône–style wine from Walla Walla Valley’s K Vintners - most are exclusive to Spruce Park City.
Executive Chef Mark Sullivan and Chef de Cuisine Saundra Middleton will be preparing five unique and exciting courses to perfectly complement Sommelier Michael Acheson’s wine selections. Cheers!
